The BHGRE Bannon & Hebert Story

Bannon & Hebert Properties was opened February 1, 1996, in Middlebury, CT.  Mary Ann Hebert and Donna Bannon had worked at different brokerages as Top Producing Agents.  Together they built a business based on shared values.

Our team has grown.  In 2015, we teamed up with Better Homes and Gardens. This allowed us to offer our clients and agents cutting edge technology and training while continuing to offer the personal touch that is so important.  Each agent is a member of our team who represents the values and dedication that has given our company a reputation for fairness, honesty and hard work.  We put the client first.

BHGRE Bannon and Hebert believes in giving back to the communities we serve. Our agents are involved in the communities where they live and work. In 2021, we made donations to the local fuel banks in each town we listed or sold property in that year.  Our Middlebury office is a drop off location for food donations, as well as a year-round coat drive. BHGRE Bannon and Hebert are sponsors for local charity events as well as civic events.
