Mary Ann has been a Realtor since 1986 and was a consistent Top Producer of her previous firm. In 1996 she and partner Donna Bannon opened Bannon & Hebert Properties LLC. The company enjoyed #1 market share in the Middlebury Market almost from the beginning. Today, Bannon & Hebert Properties has grown to over 20 agents and a Regional Office that serves Counties all over Connecticut.
As a Broker, Mary Ann has been actively involved in the Realtor Community. She has served as Greater Waterbury Director for many years and served as 2009 President and its 2008 Realtor of the Year.
She is a founding director of the Connecticut Statewide MLS and served as its 2008 President and continues to serve as Director.
Mary Ann was elected to the Executive Board of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and serves as Vice President at Large to Medium Firms.
On a National Level, Mary Ann has served since 2009 on the Housing Opportunities Committee and the Multiple Listing Committee of the National Association of Realtors.
A Southbury resident, Mary Ann and her husband Ken are the parents of three grown up daughters, Lindsay, Shannon and Brittany. She has one granddaughter Ashlin who continues to delight and amaze her.
