On February 1, 1996, Donna Bannon and Mary Ann Hebert opened the doors of Bannon & Hebert Properties, L.L.C. at the Middlebury Hamlet in Middlebury, CT. Committed to professional customer relations and the highest ideals of ethical business, Bannon & Hebert Properties, L.L.C. established a foothold on the Greater Waterbury Real Estate Market. Within a few short years, we outgrew our office and moved to our present location at 590 Middlebury Road, next door to the Middlebury Branch of the Post Office. This move enabled us to increase the size of our staff and allows us to better serve our clients and customers.
The fact that both partners were formerly affiliated with large companies fueled a desire to provide clients and customers with a more personalized service and a true commitment to detail, which is often neglected by corporations. Donna and Mary Ann decided that we wanted our company to be unlike the large companies where decisions take forever and are frequently made by people who are not closely connected to the day to day real estate activities and issues
People often comment that our signs are “everywhere,” and that observation is accurate; our office lists and sells hundreds of properties each year. In fact, we are pleased to say that for the past 15 years we have dominated the Middlebury real estate market and captured the market share year after year.
Many of our associates are residents of the Tribury area. Each Bannon & Hebert agent is a licensed professional, trained in listing and selling real estate, working with relocation buyers and sellers, R.E.O. properties and much more. Donna and Mary Ann have gone to great lengths to ensure that all associates understand and comply with the state and national regulations.
